This warranty policy is provided by Golf1rst LLC and applies to all rangefinders sold by Golf1rst.
Warranty Coverage
Golf1rst warrants that the rangefinder products it sells will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of defective parts, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Additional Warranty Options
Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty for their rangefinder either monthly or yearly within 30 days of the purchase of their rangefinder. The warranty provides additional coverage for the product beyond the standard warranty period. Without this additional purchase, no warranty is provided for the rangefinder.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
b. Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an authorized representative of Golf1rst.
c. Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, or other acts of God.
d. Damage resulting from the use of non-Golf1rst parts or accessories.
e. Any consequential or incidental damages.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact Golf1rst at Pro@Golf1rst.com within the Warranty Period. Our Golf1rst return team will then determine if the product is covered under this warranty. If it is, the Company will repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Golf1rst reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable law.
By purchasing rangefinder warranty from Golf1rst, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms.
