We offer shipping to the United States and international locations. Shipping costs are set at a flat rate depending on your shipping speed. We work with trusted shipping providers to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Exactly how we shipped it out to you.

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at Pro@Golf1rst.com with your order number and the reason for the return and a photo of your order. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure that the returned item is properly packaged and sent back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will be subject to a 5% restocking fee after your request is approved.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
